EVERWOOD has the appearance of wood, but possesses certain superlative physical characteristics like very high specific gravity, strength and dimensional stability. Further, high UV stability, colour fastness, water & termite resistance are inherent properties, making WPC a material with one of the fastest growing market shares globally.Developing and better technology over the last decade has greatly improved the quality of WPC produced from a wide range of waste raw materials and the present generation of WPC is a product of highly refined manufacturing methods. Most importantly, WPC is an innovative product that is eco-friendly because 90% of the raw material is from waste that would otherwise be dumped or burned in landfills causing great damage to the environment. The manufacturing process of WPC does not produce any waste that is harmful and the material is completely recyclable. EVERWOOD consists of upto 60% of wood dust, 30% of recycled plastics and 10% of adhesive resins, colour pigments and stabilizers.These components are heat combined through a complex process and extruded through moulds in different shapes and sizes of profile sections. Once extruded, profiles are finished with various surface treatments for different appearances. Sanding, wire brushing and wood grain embossing are done to requirements in different available colours.
